An Introduction

Once upon a time, there were three lonely but erudite cubicle jockeys, stuck in post-grad purgatory, selling their souls as corporate shills until they could find their real jobs. (Or at least better paying fake ones.) One day, hearing each other's derisive snorts in response to the same grammatically challenged "organizational announcement," they found the courage to leave their safe, if stultifying, cube environment. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Soon, the anti-Bush jokes, bizarre 80's pop-culture references, and juvenile sexual innuendo were flying. At last they had found their sick-sense-of-humor soulmates. Before long, they realized that their combined powers of irony, wit, and cynicism could merge to create one truly bitter (but funny!) blog. Thus: After School Snack, the soon-to-be-wildly-popular blog of Elise, Christopher, and Matt. We're not really sure what we're doing yet, but we're sure we'll have lots to say about it once we figure out what it is. We hope you like it!
