Friday Poetry Blogging

Why? Because there's just a crapload of good poetry out there, and most of us aren't reading enough of it. As the inaugural post, here's one of my faves, which I read for the first time on the London Tube as part of the "Poetry on the Underground" program in the early 90s. It sounds best when read aloud.
