With this neato web app that lets you make your own magazine cover. The catch is that you need to use a public Flickr photo (yours or someone else's). (A note: Be judicious with the right-hand lines (11-13 and 14-15) - they don't wrap, but just extend to the left and might cover the righthand lines. You can leave any line off the page, though.)
