Co-Branding?

Did Minnesota just co-brand new license plates with Comedy Central's The Colbert Report?

Nope. It's just Tim "the tool" Pawlenty making sure he doesn't erode any part of the the jingoistic base -- it's not a tax. It's a support our troops fee. Next up, support our babies and puppies. Because who's against babies and puppies? Terrorists. You're not a terrorist are you? Buy the plates and support the state's coffers... I mean support our troops.

I'm also confused as the eagle seems to be named Month and the third red stipe on the flag, which I thought represented Virginia is called Year. Very strange, indeed.
