The New New York Times Sports Magazine

Did you know the Times has an all-sports magazine, (lamely) named Play? If you did, why didn't you tell me? It's good. "That Which Does Not Kill Me Makes Me Stranger," a New Yorker-length profile of a Slovenian ultra-distance athlete, is alone worth the price of admission. Anyone who's ever done distance athletics, or is interested in crazy people doing stupid things, would like the article. Much of what I've seen elsewhere in the magazine is of similarly high quality.
