The Senate voted on Thursday to designate English as the national language.

Aside from the sheer lack of necessity for this idiotic idea, and even from the obvious racism in it, I have to wonder what kind of benefit we might get if we could figure out a way to apply it to the Garbler in Chief. Could he be deported? Forced to build his English language skills? Just plain held up as an example of GOP hypocrisy, or at least of the relativism inherent in fluency?
