Some strange news items today (I'm working hard, really, I swear). Looking at CNN, because the Capitol was under lockdown, (but now seems to be an air-hammer -- WE'RE NOT ON EDGE!!!) I see some very strange headlines…some funny, some sad, some "C" all of the above.

Michael Barrett (Cub Thug & Cheap Shot Artist) received a 10-day suspension for sucker punching AJ. You know you're having a bad day when you tried to block the plate, were run overin the process; then try to punch somebody and barely phase him; and then get tackled by Scott Podsednik. Sox rookie Brian Anderson was suspended five games for the best contact he's made all season.
