Can you hear crickets chirping around this here blog? Sorry. My co-bloggers' parental responsibilities are by now well known, and uncontroversially more important. My own self is traveling, to New York City of all places. I've posted a couple updates on my other blog, which you can check out as you see fit. About the only thing I can say here and now is that my feet hurt from trekking up Broadway from 34th St. to 72nd St. and that my brain hurts from the 17 different Times Square video screens visible from my hotel window.
