Read the Bill

This is fantastic and hilarious: Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass) absolutely schooling Patrick McHenry (R-NC) on some basic parliamentary procedure. The best exchange is the one that ends with Frank telling McHenry about one way to learn a certain piece of information about the bill under debate (tellingly, whether American Samoa - land of the sweatshops! - is exempt from the new minimum-wage bill): "Read the bill and it will tell you."

Elementary, yet elusive.
