Dogsledding

This story in the Washington Post about dogsledding* in Ely, Minnesota, is the best thing I've read on the web all week. Even on a day when the air is leaning toward spring, it makes me long for winter.

(* Why do they call it dogsledding? Shouldn't that term be reserved for the sport of riding down hills on dogs?)
