Big Ten Network Day? Mayor Fumbles

Last Friday was Big Ten Network Day. RT Rybak made the proclamation, but nobody saw it because Comcast still doesn't carry the BTN. Strange, strange announcement, in my opinion. How many households in Minneapolis can afford anything above broadcast/antenna reception? Then of those, how many have satellite? Next up, Minneapolis declares October 8 "Maserati Monday" and the circus animals are still invited to participate.
