The Chicago White Sox, a constant source of pain and frustration for this baseball fan, are thirty games over .500 as we near the All-Star break. We're just barely over the halfway point of the season and the Sox have a .683 winning percentage!!!

While I'm very excited about the potential of this team, I'm already bracing for heartache. Will the Sox choke or will they end their curse and leave the lovable, laughable losers on the North Side as the only team to go eighty-plus years without a championship?
