The Bill Bennett Wingnut Hypocrisy Award

It's been a while since we've been able to make fun of a right-wing hypocrite, but our long national nightmare is over. John Rigas, the wingnut tycoon who runs Adelphia Communications, a huge cable-TV provider, loves talking about moral values even as he and his son have plundered their company, Tyco-style. Not only that, but Adelphia is now going to make hard-core porn available in Southern California, becoming the first cable company to offer XXX programming in the country. Profits or propriety? Profits.
