No Child Left Behind (except the ones in schools)

The National Teachers Association, the country's biggest teachers' union, and various school districts around the country are suing the government over "No Child Left Behind," in what's apparent a very serious challenge to that ludicrous law. (More.) Is it too much to hope that Bush's signature domestic accomplishment of his first term - education "reform" - and his hoped-for capstone to his second - Social Security privatization - will both implode in 2005?
