Downtown or Bus!

Ahh, spring, when young women's minds turn to curbside violence...

Riding the bus to work this morning, we pulled up near the SuperAmerica at Bloomington Avenue & 25th Street. Next to that fine establishment's parking lot, a young woman was standing next to a beat-up Oldsmobile and apparently gesturing wildly. When the bus started rolling again and pulled past her, I saw that, no, she wasn't just emphasizing what she was saying, she was beating the crap out of a woman sitting in the car's passenger seat. And I mean punches to the face hard enough that the rider's head was jumping. Nothing like witnessing a brutal assault at 6:45 a.m. to get the blood flowing, I always say.
