Homecoming

Due to strep, I had to pass on my planned trip to Iowa City and sold my tickets for the Illinois game. Thankfully the game was televised in Minneapolis -- and what a game it was. Well, not really but the Hawks won. Growing up in Illinois and going to Iowa, I just love watching the Hawks beat up on the Illini. Some of you may know that I like spirited conversations at sporting events. In a previous Hawkeye win over Illinois, I had front row tickets behind the Illini bench. Every time the Illini would get the ball I would yell "punt team, get ready!" That was fun! Perhaps karma and strep are related.
