Don't Drop Your Target Bag!

From the Annals of Homeland Security:

SAN FRANCISCO Police say an old suitcase packed with Christmas lights forced the Bay Bridge to shut down twice this morning. California Highway Patrol Officer Mike Wright says a Coast Guard officer saw a suspicious package after leaving work shortly before 9 a-m and called authorities. The bridge was shut down for 15 minutes as officers blasted the suitcase with a water cannon.Several lanes of the bottom deck were closed as police then used a robotic device to retrieve the suitcase. The bridge was again closed for 15 minutes at 11-25 a-m as bomb squad officers took the suitcase away. They later found some very soggy Christmas lights.
