Though poorly edited (the nonparallel [intersecting?] items in the list, a reference to "seven key principles" just before listing ten), the full article has a good intro and conclusion to the list, as well as substantial expositions of what each one means in practical, organizational terms. Read this if only to see how many of the rules
your employer violates. (My erstwhile employer broke at least eight...)
