OK. So let me get this straight.

- South Dakota has banned all abortions in the state.

- Florida just upheld a ridiculous parental notification law.

- Indiana is looking to require that all women seeking abortions be told that life begins at conception.

- Bush decided that Valentine's day would be a great time to cut funding for international family planning.

- And the Supreme Court has just agreed to review, again, the ban on late-term abortions.

Yeah. I'm feeling real good about being female and fertile in the US of A. How the hell did we get to this place? And what the fuck am I going to do if my April baby is a girl? Maybe we can claim political asylum in Canada. Shakes Sis has some good thoughts on this, as well.
