Via Lifehacker, I discovered Ottobib, a wonderful tool which will use a book's ISBN to generate a bibliographic citation in any of several common formats. I tried it out with a few random books, and the Chicago-style results looked good. It's a specialized tool, for sure, but if you need it - what a time saver.
