Murderopolis?

After the loooong holiday break, how better to get back in the swing of things than with some crime?

My erstwhile home town, the current habitation of two of the other bloggers here, is on pace to have 365 murders this year.

The second day of 2007 brought the second homicide of the year in Minneapolis, where a man was found dead from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Thank goodness it's not a leap year.
