Mass Murder, 1927

My dad sent me an account of the single biggest mass murder in American history (excepting acts of war and terrorism, I suppose): in 1927, a maniacal Michigan farmer killed his wife, then blew up his town's school with dynamite, killing more than forty kids and others. His acts have a couple creepy parallels to Cho Seung-Hui's, including mailing a package to others on the day of the attack and posthumously claiming that "criminals are made, not born." It's quite a story.
