We're Slipping

From the AP's report on road rage:

Minneapolis-St. Paul was rated the most courteous city in 2006 but slipped to the middle of the list this year.

Based upon the way jerks have been driving around Lyn-Lake lately, we're going to the bottom of the list next year.
